Towering Kenyan midfielder Tyler Onyango is currently part of the Everton squad that has pitched camp in Ireland as they kick off their pre-season tour.
Onyango endured an injury-blighted season last campaign that limited his appearances to 11 all season and clocked 90 minutes on only six occasions.
Born in England to a Kenyan father and English mother, Onyango is eligible to play for Harambee Stars having never represented England’s senior side.

He has however made five appearances for the England Under 17 side against Czech, Austria, Finland and twice against Germany.
Despite having an injury ravaged season, Onyango managed to make an English Premier League appearance for Everton that came back in August 2023 against Aston Villa.
In the nine appearances made in Premier League 2, a development league organised and controlled by the Premier League, the 21-year-old managed a goal and assist.
Onyango is joined by youngsters Reece Welch, Billy Crellin, Zan-Luk Leban, Roman Dixon and Eli Campbell in Everton's trip to Ireland.
Also part of the squad to Ireland are former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli, new signings Tim Iroegbunam and Iliman Ndiaye.
Everton are scheduled to face club captain Seamus Coleman's old club, Sligo Rovers, in their first pre-season friendly on Friday.
